DITECH Solutions is a Sierra Leonean technology company built on a simple belief: every organisation, from a single school to a national NGO, deserves software that actually fits how it works. We design, build and support custom digital systems for companies, government-linked organisations, non-profits, businesses and individuals.

Our team has delivered mission-critical systems for organisations including Plan International Sierra Leone and the Rainbo Initiative, and partnered with Orange Sierra Leone to power secure Orange Money payments across our platforms, alongside running our own flagship product, DITECH MSMS, a school management platform used by schools across the country.

From a dream to a technology company.

DITECH Solutions didn't start as a software company. It started as an idea, and grew one product at a time.

Amadu Dream Ventures

It began as Amadu Dream Ventures, a small team of friends with one big idea: build platforms that solve real problems for real people in Sierra Leone.

The first idea: an auction platform

The first concept to take shape was a real-time online auction platform, the seed that would eventually become DITECH Auctions.

Expanding into fuel management

Next came fuel management, giving organisations visibility and control over consumption, stock and spend across depots and vehicles.

Building an e-commerce marketplace

The vision grew into e-commerce, a digital marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, employers and job seekers across the country.

Then, accommodation

From there came accommodation, helping people find land, houses and rentals through what is now our Real Estate platform.

What does DITECH Solutions do?

We design and build custom software, management systems and digital platforms for companies, organisations, non-profits and individuals across Sierra Leone: everything from bespoke applications to full ERP, school management, fleet/fuel management and marketplace systems.

What is DITECH MSMS?

DITECH MSMS is our own flagship product, a multi-tenant school management SaaS platform covering admissions, attendance, grading, fees, report cards and parent/WhatsApp communication. It's a system we build and run ourselves, live in schools today, not a client-commissioned project.

Do you only build software for schools?

No, DITECH MSMS is our best-known product, but we build across many sectors: asset management for NGOs, ERP systems, fleet & fuel management, HR & payroll, digital marketplaces, procurement and finance systems, and fully custom software for any organisation.

How does the Orange Money payment integration work?

Orange Sierra Leone is our payment gateway partner. We integrated Orange Money as a secure mobile-money payment option across our platforms, so schools and businesses using our systems can accept payments directly through Orange Money.

Which organisations have you worked with?

We've partnered with Orange Sierra Leone (payments), Plan International Sierra Leone (Asset Management System) and the Rainbo Initiative (a full ERP system), alongside running DITECH MSMS with schools including Bintumani High School, our first client on the platform.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A focused custom application can take a few weeks, while a full ERP or multi-module platform typically takes a few months. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand your requirements during the initial consultation.

Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance after launch?

Yes, our engagements are end-to-end, from idea to build to long-term support. We don't just hand over a system and disappear; we stay involved to fix issues, ship improvements and keep things running.
